NAVA team is regularly invited to provide consultancy by different reputed NGOs funded by overseas partner organisations. The consultcy services include Evaluation, Field Study, Programme Planning, Monitoring etc. These exercises are always innovative and participatory in nature. NAVA is also technologically well-equipped with required computers, e-mail facilities, fax and all other necessary IT support. NAVA also helps NGOs on various forms consultancy needs like report preparations, documentations, project formulations etc.

In the past NAVA conducted Evaluation for a number of NGOs/CSOs and some of them are:

DES, 24 Parganas, West Bengal:

A participatory project evaluation was conducted by NAVA for 'Development Educational Society' South 24 Parganas, conducted in four phases. While the first phase was a 2 day planning, the 2nd phase was field level interactions followed by a two day residential interaction with the people of the project.

 

SEDP, Amritsar, Punjab:

A participatory project evaluation of the Amritsar SEDP project was held facilitated by Diptendu Mukherji, NAVA. The interactions were in distant villages of Punjab.

 

CADS,Nadia, West Bengal:

NAVA facilitated a participatory project evaluation exercise of C.A.D.S. in Majhergram village in Nadia district in West Bengal.

 

DES, 24 Parganas, West Bengal:

A participatory project evaluation was facilitated by NAVA team for Development & Educational Society. This was a creative exercise through Dance, Drama & other group actions participated by different level staff-members of the organization management committee and the villagers.

 

SKVIS, 24 Parganas, West Bengal:

On assignment from Christian Aid (UK) a participatory project evaluation was conducted for Sundarban Khadi & Village Industrial Society. This is a group working in South 24 Parganas district in West Bengal for a large number of women towards their self-reliance through producing various village based products along with involvement in the social front like community health awareness, non-formal education, cultural actions etc.

 

NAVA receives a good number of chief functionaries and others from different NGO groups who came to the office for consultancy on a wide range of organizational management issues, programme planning, training planning, report preparation, graphic designing, documentation etc.
